Graduating with honours in Management from Bocconi University in Milan in 2010, Francesco has been a member of the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts since 2016 and is registered with the National Register of Statutory Auditors. He holds a Master’s degree in Asset Protection and Transfer.

He has gained solid experience at Big Four and renowned professional firms, providing accounting, tax and corporate consulting services to national companies and multinational groups operating in various sectors.

His expertise includes extraordinary transactions, tax planning, tax litigation, due diligence, business valuations and financial statement analysis.

In 2019, he joined Moore Professionisti Associati and, consequently, the international Moore Global network.
